1. Why do I have to pay to use the program more than 30 days or to disable the nagscreen?
The small amount that we ask you to use our programs without limitations represent your appreciation for our products therefore a motivation for us to continue improving the products or develop new products. Each profession (without exceptions) it is practised to earn a livig and that is basicaly what we are trying to do, just like any other software company.
2. How do I pay for a license ?
The licenses can be bought (for now) using PayPal. PayPal is a type of person-to-person (P2P) payment service. A P2P payment service allows anyone with an e-mail address to transfer funds electronically to someone else with an e-mail address. The initiator of an electronic funds transfer via PayPal must first register with and fund their PayPal account. A PayPal account can be funded with a check or money order, an electronic debit from a bank account or by a credit card.
3. How about if I want multiple licenses ?
If you wish a large amount of licenses please contact us at sales@rlbyte.com and tell us the number of licenses you wish and we will contact you back. You will also receive a discount.
4. Can I get a refund ?
Our policy doesn't allow refunds. Each of our programs has a trial/demo/nagware verison wich allows the users to use the program and see if it suit their needs or not. We advise our customers to try our products before buying.
5. What do I do if I don't receive the serial number by email ?
If you didn't receive the serial number by email, please send us an email regarding this issue to support@rlbyte.com and we will correct this problem. Let us appologise in advance if someone is in this case. Also please remember that the serial number it is displayed in the page where paypal redirects automaticaly after the transaction is completed.
